The service dogs that come into the local schools and nursing ho

North Cape May - The service dogs that come into the local schools and nursing homes should be friendly non aggressive dogs who take well to strangers/other animals. Just the other day my dog tried to say hello to a dog visiting a nursing home and the owner screamed and shouted to get my dog away as her dog is super unfriendly and doesn't do well with other dogs. Why is it coming into public places where elderly people have their animals out and about then?
