North Cape May - The senior living apartment complex Conifer Village across from Uncle Bills in NCM. Management allowed a homeless person to stay in their guest room back in October, for what was supposed to be a week's stay. This person has refused to leave and is now squatting. And now the management can not do anything to remove them quickly. Yay dems and Nj where criminals have more rights than law abiding citizens.
