North Cape May - The SCOTUS will rule on the removal or not of Trump on ballots come February. This will be fascinating. Of course, Justice Thomas should recuse himself, but he won’t. Of course the Trump appointed justices will be under full scrutiny to see if there is a loyalty to Trump. I am thinking it’s a yes with Kavanaugh and a no with Barrett. All in all, it is a giant test for the interpretation of the constitution and the ruling will be a game changer.
