North Cape May - Remember in the early 1970s during the oil crisis, the federal government reduced the speed limit to 55 mph. As a result, there was such a surplus of oil that the oil tankers were lined up on the water. Now, all I hear and see are drivers complaining that the speed limit should be 75 mph on the Parkway. This shows no concern for the environment.
