North Cape May - In regards to all the spouts lately about Lower taking back animal control. I can put an end to everyone's questions. I was behind the former animal control officer in line at a store the other night. He was speaking to the woman ahead of him, and I heard him loud and clear say to her that he's taking over. So there it is.
