re: the wind farm project? What am I missing?

North Cape May - re: the wind farm project? What am I missing? I am in favor of clean energy, but Orsted is a foreign owned private company. Presumably they will own all of the electricity generated since they are paying for the wind mills. They can then sell it to the highest bidder, like New York City or wherever. Is this a benefit for NJ residents? Will the price of electricity for us go up or down? NJ taxpayers will spend $500 million dollars for installation infrastructure. Do we get anything for that or is it a half-a-billion dollar gift to benefit this private company? Literally, what is the deal?
