North Cape May - Re: The Wildwood Crest comment on having Black and Hispanic lifeguards on the beaches. The test is open to everyone. Color, race, sex or creed is not an issue. If a person can pass the test and is capable of saving someone's life they win the job. This applies to every towns lifeguard program.
