North Cape May - RE: The West Wildwood comment/complaint on having to bring your own paper/recycled shopping bag and bagging your own groceries. Europeans have been doing this for years. While walking the beautiful beaches and parks in Europe, I never see plastic bags and bottles littering and polluting the area. Walking the beaches here, I am always picking up "plastic trash". We need to get with the program NOW!!
