North Cape May - Re: weekly Yard sales on Breakwater Rd. I agree with the spouter. Unless there is some sort of special permit that was purchased to do this, it needs to stop! I have avoided close Calls in that area. People crossing the road, parking in different directions, swinging doors open into traffic, blocking driveway. I just hope that this is rectified before someone is killed! Please Lower township, look into this ASAP. Thanks
