North Cape May - RE: The Villas comment on 600 sq. ft. homes selling for a quarter million dollars. You are right and soon those tiny homes will be leveled and a monster home will be in its place. The area is changing, and many will find that the new changes will bring big increases in taxes, etc. The Mc Mansions along the bay in N. Cape May, Town Bank and Villas are now everywhere in our town and many of the "locals" are moving away. Change is here and it's here to stay.
