North Cape May - Re: The Town Bank comment on the issue of the beach access steps to the bay in Town Bank. For starters. This is not the right time of year to replace the existing steps. The winter storms and harsh northwest wind will change that area as it does every season. The beach erosion in that area is bad and getting worse every year. There is a real possibility that there won't be a beach at high tide in the near future. Best to take the wait and see approach. Let Mother Nature make the sensible call.
