North Cape May - Re: The North Cape May comment on "urban blight", especially in the shopping center. Here's one for you. I observed an individual drinking a can of beer prior to him entering the Acme. After finishing the beer, he dropped the can on the grass medium. I went over, crushed the can, picked it up and quietly put it under the windshield wiper of his car. Hopefully the thoughtless individual got the message.
