North Cape May - RE: The Lower Township comment on some AIR B&B owners having to rent their homes because they cannot afford the mortgages. Please let me educate you. My wife and I "own" two properties in North Cape May and one in Cape May that are AIR B&B's. Again, the key word here "OWN". Our properties are beautiful, and if anything, a huge improvement over some of the other properties in the neighborhood and we rent to nice families. We like what we do, and it shows because our tenants return every year. No question, some of the "old locals" resent the change but it is here to stay. "Change is good".
