North Cape May - RE: The Lower Township comment to name North Cape May, Avalon West. Yes, the neighborhood (Bayshore Rd. to Beach Dr.--- Ferry Rd. to Town Bank) is changing in many ways. New investors have come to the area and there are McMansions being built throughout the town. The new owners are very nice, and the properties look beautiful. I live in NCM and welcome the nice changes.
