North Cape May - RE: The comment on property investors in Lower Township. Yes, they may be renting the properties via Air B&B, VRBO or local realtors but they keep the properties beautiful which is certainly a huge improvement over some of the so-called local homeowners that do absolutely nothing to their homes and some look dreadful. Recently in North Cape May, an investor needed two dumpsters to unload "trash" from inside a home and the yard was a disgrace. I'm looking forward to the improvements from the new owner. "Welcome" to our neighborhood!
