North Cape May - Re: Cape May Point resident believing most seniors do not need Social Security and use it for vacation money. This may be true for this person’s social circle but I do not find this to be true among those I know. I worked for 40+ years as a nurse and paid many dollars into it. Social Security is not an entitlement. With the cost of healthcare and living expenses a large majority of seniors do rely on Social Security. Elon Musk and Donald Trump should not be trying to cut benefits for those that paid into them for many years.
