North Cape May - RE: The Cape May Beach aka (Villas) comment on the lifeguards keeping bathers in shallow water during the rip tide warnings. I would venture to say that the CMBP knows a lot more about water conditions and water safety than most of us, and if they felt it was safer to keep bathers out of the water or in shallow water during that time, it was their call, not yours or anyone else's. Personally, I am happy they did, otherwise there would have been many rescues during the rip tide warning. Thank you CMBP for doing a great job every day.
