North Cape May - A property on Beach Dr. is in clear violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act, and has expanded its "property" into the public right-of-way. Where are the Lower Township code enforcement officers? They removed the public sidewalk and made it impassible to wheelchairs, and extended a retaining wall into the right-of-way, forcing the handicapped into the street. This must be corrected immediately.
