North Cape May - Since the plastic bag ban has been in effect more often than not the cashier stands there waiting for me to bag my products not even offering to help to speed things along. It has created an awkward situation. If they're not going to help they should throw it back in the cart and offer a table to bag your things like the stores that never offered bagging do.
