North Cape May - Philadelphia's Mayor Kenney has shut down all activities that draw more than fifty people until February 2021. So much for the Thanksgiving and Mummers Parades that have been a major part of the cities tradition for years. Interesting enough, he is allowing the protestor to continue their parades thru the city as they wish.
