North Cape May - To the people on Ibis Place: Please stop leaving your dogs outside all day. They must have a dog door because I came over multiple times to ask you to put them inside. There is more than one dog, and I can't take their constant, high-pitched yapping anymore. I love dogs and have two of my own, but because of your dogs I can't even enjoy sitting in my yard. I called the cops multiple times and still no change.
