North Cape May - People do know that the first vaccine mandate was given by George Washington, don’t they? The military had to be 100% compliant. The flu of 1918 had mandates for people wearing masks. If they disregarded the rules, they faced jail time. But here we are, almost 2 years into Covid and still there are those who think this contagious disease is not something to worry about. Precautions are just a violation of our rights. Things are shutting down again!! Can’t we be as smart as people were over a century ago?!
