North Cape May - Patrons beware. What's going on next to the establishment in the far end of the Acme parking lot? Every day a guy on a 10-speed bike has been taking trash - old, broken pallets and other discarded items - from the woods behind the mall and has used them to create some kind of vegetable garden or shanty by the dumpster next to the establishment. You can see vines and other things growing when you drive by. Seagulls, buzzards and other animals can be seen flocking there. Employees were harvesting the other day and bringing items into the establishment. Where is the Board of Health?
