North Cape May - To the officials saying there is no record of any incidents concerning dogs running loose on the North Cape May beach: Recently, animal control was called on several people because their dogs were not on a leash. All the owners got was a warning! If you don't give out citations, you are not going to have any record. Why are they just giving warnings?
