North Cape May - Noticing so many "spouts" related to common courtesy, both on the road and with your neighbors. Where I came from and lived most of my adult life, neighbors' guests always parked in front of their home and the only time they would park in front of the neighbors was when that spot was occupied. Not so any longer; weekend after weekend I look out to cars that could be parked where they belong and not in my direct view. Guess this spout is three months too late. No, I don't say anything, I'm too polite.
