North Cape May - New York Governor Kathy Hochul's speech on how she is going to crack down on criminals and guns in New York City was a joke. These so-called leaders always come out from their ivory towers whenever there is an incident like the recent subway attack with their "feel good" speeches and nothing ever changes. Mr. James and others like him should be in prison, period. While writing this spout, I am listening to channel 10 news in Philly. Three people were shot in the city. Just another night in every major city and nothing changes. Leadership in our cities is a disgrace.
