North Cape May - The new manager in Lower Twp. comes across as a genuine and regular guy who listens. I was a councilperson in Pennsylvania and think that choosing a person with his attributes is the right move for the township. Will he solve all the issues? No, but he listens and acts in an administrative manner. Good luck Ridgway.
