North Cape May - The New Jersey State Marine Police should post a patrol boat near the CMLF. The boat traffic to the entrance of the bay is awful. If there was ever a time for boaters to be licensed, it is now. Several times over the weekend the Ferry Captain had to blow the ships horn to clear the smaller boats from his entrance to and from the terminal and as far as rules of the road go, there aren't any being practiced by most of the boaters. Just another quick note, the new law requiring boaters (under 25') to wear the cutoff switch lanyard isn't being followed by most of these boaters.
