North Cape May - To the NCM Spouter hoping to replace our cafeteria workers with an outside company, please don't do it. As a former school employee from a district far away from Lower, I can tell you the quality of the food, and quality of the employees will never be the same. It may be fine for 3-6 months, but over time the children are the ones who lose and maybe we save a few $$$'s. For what? I saw it happen with both custodians and cafeteria. Not worth it. Stick with locals who have a real interest in our children and our schools.
