North Cape May - Lowe's in Rio Grande is very fortunate to have Keith (Assistant Manager/Customer Service?) and Tyler (Return Desk) as employees. I entered the store this morning with a delivery issue that was very, very frustrating. Because of the assistance Keith and Tyler provided in rectifying the issue, I left the store as a satisfied customer. If it weren't for them, this Spout Off would have been VERY, VERY different and not complimentary to Lowe's. Thank you, Keith and Tyler for your patience, concern, and excellent customer service!
