North Cape May - Lower twp police really need to monitor and enforce the speed limit in North Cape May on Bay Shore road . People are driving way too fast in and out of the lanes as kids are biking and people are crossing the streets on foot. It’s not the parkway, it’s the center of town. The speeding is out of control.
