Lower Township trash collectors must have a great union contract

North Cape May - Lower Township trash collectors must have a great union contract. They drop half the recyclables in the street and can't get them in the trash truck and just leave them in the middle of the street and I have to pick them up. Maybe after five weeks of this, I might actually have an empty recycling bin.
