North Cape May - Lower Township Police don't seem to know what cop work is. It's crazy how you can drive down Bayshore Road and see a cop sitting at the Villas library, the MUA, Rite Aid, Legates, and Uncle Bills. That's six cops conducting traffic stops on the same road in a 2-mile strip. That should be illegal. If Lower Township Police spent that time just riding up and down the back roads in the neighborhoods, they would probably make a couple arrests a night for people actually doing crimes.
