North Cape May - Lower township is full of erratic, speeding drivers. We walk every day, sometimes twice a day through NCM neighborhoods. Lincoln Boulevard is awful and RoseHill Parkway isn't much better. We, as residents, wish the lower police would patrol these streets and make the drivers aware of your presence. It would take a few traffic citations, but I bet it would stop some of these speeders. It would be great if our police would be more like middle! You never see driving like this in Stone Harbor or Avalon.
