North Cape May - As long as the state of N.J. requires that school HVAC units be programmed to mix 20 percent of outside air with “inside return air" in the cooling mode, schools will never get rid of mold in schools. Mold forms in the schools when that 20 percent outside air has a high humidity content. Mold results in costly remediation.
