North Cape May - Listening to Joe Biden's speech in Philadelphia this morning and how he is going to "Heal Racial Wounds" when he is elected, makes me wonder why he had every opportunity as VP under our first African-American President and Biden did absolutely nothing to heal race relations then and he won't do it if elected. He is a master of telling people what they want to hear.
