North Cape May - The letter to the editor on rape stigma in the May 27 Herald is something I agreed on in principle. Then the woman who wrote this lost me by propagating an absurd stereotype that men are all abusive and demeaning. Most men love their wives, and it was inappropriate to generalize all men because of a few low-life guys she was writing about. It says something about a character when people seek equality for women without tearing men down along the way. Most don't feel the need to do that.
