North Cape May - Landlords. We have gone without rent for 14 months . The rent moratorium will be extended to Jan. 2022, and possibly to April 1 st. 2022. It has become crystal clear to me government is forcing private landlords into bankruptcy. Our property rights are being violated. Our constitutional rights are being denied . Executive orders are enforced that are illegal. Who benefits ? Corporations will buy distressed properties and change rules to benefit big money. Time to call our legislators and demand reparations from Trenton.
