North Cape May - Just a reply to a comment about the city parking garage in Lancaster, Pa. and the EV recharge stations. The charging stations are NOT free, and if the vehicle is fully charged, and the owner doesn't remove the vehicle from the station promptly, they are fined. The fine will be added to the charging fee on the owner's credit card. Thank you.
