North Cape May - Jobs shouldn't be given to minorities first in this county without the proper training. If you put forth the effort and worked hard to earn a degree, then you earned it. Because I see too many times where the minority is on probationary period and gets in trouble or arrested then try and say its racial discrimination. That needs to stop
