North Cape May - The J.C. Penney in Rio Grande did more business than the one at Deptford Mall. However, the theft at the Rio Grande business was horrendous. Yet, when the employees caught the thieves, they were told by corporate to let them go. The result was dedicated, hard-working employees' lives were altered when the Rio Grande store was closed. Now, J.C. Penney CEO has been chosen as Lowe's CEO. Sears is now closing more stores, supposedly because of online shopping at Amazon. Did Sears not start catalog sales? Sears would deliver houses, they had the wish book 100 years ago.
