I've had several close calls while driving.

North Cape May - I've had several close calls while driving. An elderly man pulled right out in front of me on Bayshore Rd. July 17 and didn't even look to see if there was anyone coming. If I didn't slam on my breaks I would've hit him, and he was oblivious to it. Recently, a young girl did the same thing, too busy talking on her phone, and blew through the stop sign and kept going, oblivious to oncoming traffic. This is how accidents happen. People who cannot obey the laws should not be driving.
