It was a great week at the Supreme Court.

North Cape May - It was a great week at the Supreme Court. First, it supported President Trump’s right to suspend immigration from a handful of countries whose chief export is terrorism. Then, it said that the State of California could not enforce a state law that violated the free speech of its own residents. Finally, it knocked down the ability of public unions to deduct dues from the paychecks of people who are not even members. Let’s hope that Justice Kennedy’s replacement will continue the momentum, as the court turns out more decisions that are constitutionally based common sense.
