North Cape May - It is very rude and unprofessional to ask someone how much they get paid or assume they get paid more than you. This is a problem for some of the younger generation to understand. Just because you have been at a job longer than someone doesn't mean that they haven't been doing the same job longer in another setting. This is where a college degree makes all the difference with professionalism and pay rate in the workforce.
