North Cape May - It is very discouraging to be a well-educated, hard-working person who cannot find employment in Cape May County unless you have the right last name or the right connections. With an outstanding resume, a quality education and excellent references, it should be easy to get interviews but I find out that people much less qualified but with the right connections get the jobs.
