North Cape May - Interesting election result for the LCMR withdrawal question. The majority of the 'Yes' votes came from the Villas section of Lower Twp. Either the question was not understood or these folks don't pay taxes. A small amount of Cape May voters approved it. Is that enough to continue the cause?
