North Cape May - I'm a taxpayer and disabled vet on a small pension. Build the pool in Lower Township. It is very important for the kids here to learn how to swim. We live in a place surrounded by water. They can learn all year round. Maybe even scuba dive classes, lifeguard training and first aid. Most of the people complaining are rich, live in huge houses and that's why their taxes are high and that's self created. The North Cape May pool is so old it needs to be replaced anyway.
