North Cape May - If your neighbors having a security system like the RING doorbell that goes past their property line ,makes you uncomfortable ,that says more about you then about them owning one. Maybe they have gotten too much stuff stolen or property damaged and nothing was every fixed or replaced cause of there not being proof. Or she is a woman who has a spouse that works over night and gets scared someone might break in. The world is becoming a scary place where you can't trust anyone. Everybody is just watching their own backs .
