Are they speeding on dirt bikes in the dark with no head light, are they kicking down fences and destroying Xmas decorations? There’s a group of teens really causing a lot of trouble. The neighborhood knows where these kids live and most of us have cameras. The parents will be getting the bill for destroyed property
