North Cape May - If a person is qualified for a job since they went to school to learn a trade, and gets looked over for someone who is a minority who has no formidable skills, how is that fair at all? I get equal opportunity and all, but what it boils down to is nobody wants to get sued for not giving equal rights! They can't call it "white privilege" if the minority candidate is in no way qualified!
